About the CEO

​Mr. Syed Bawar Shah, the Managing Director and CEO of Integrated Medical Tourism (IMT) is the driving force behind the organisation and its vision to empower people globally.

A highly esteemed academic and management consultant with many years of experience in the education and corporate sector, Syed and his team have trained more than 30,000 people in public and private organisations over the past two decades and have delivered hundreds of guest lectures in over 25 universities internationally.

​Mr. Shah has developed and delivered tailored programs across various subject areas for universities such as Monash University, Victoria University, University of Melbourne and RMIT University. His interests include Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Environmental Engineering, and International Business.

For many years, Mr. Shah and his team have been contributing to the global community through a number of not-for-profit initiatives aimed at improving social, economic and environmental issues.

Mr. Shah's mission to empower people and give back to the community, has taken him to over 40 countries to date, motivating him to drive positive change at a global level. This mission is supported by a team of 30 staff members internationally, comprising of dedicated professionals from a range of backgrounds.
